We take a project from right-of-way prep through commissioning under one contract, so you're coordinating with one crew, not stitching together a chain of subs.
Whether it's a single tie-in or a field-wide build, the same crews who broke ground close it out.

Why operators choose us for this work
Self-performed crews. The people who bid it are the people who build it.
Permian-specific. We know this basin's soil, ROW conditions, and operator standards.

WHERE WE WORK
We mobilize from our yard at 6101 E I-20 in Midland, Texas, and work exclusively in the Permian Basin: the Midland Basin and both the Texas and New Mexico sides of the Delaware Basin. This basin is all we do, so our crews already know its caliche, its rock, its lease roads and its operators' standards.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What kinds of steel and composite lines does Encore build?
Gas gathering and transmission, crude oil and produced water lines, from right-of-way prep through commissioning.
When does composite make sense instead of steel?
Composite and spoolable pipe resist corrosion and install quickly from reels. Steel remains the choice for many high-pressure and large-diameter lines. The right answer depends on pressure, temperature, product and your spec, and we build both.
Can you bore under roads?
Yes. Road bores are part of our construction scope, along with rock and dirt trenching, padding, insertions and replacements.
Can you handle rock?
Yes. We trench rock and dirt, and 95%+ of the heavy iron on our jobs is our own, so the schedule isn't waiting on a rental yard.
How are lines tested before turnover?
Lines are hydrostatically tested, tied in and commissioned by the same crews that built them, with single-contract accountability from first joint to final walk-down.
