Pipeline Repair and Maintenance
Leaks, failures, anomaly digs and routine upkeep on existing lines, handled by a crew dedicated to R&M work.
Not every job is new construction. We keep a lead crew dedicated to repair and maintenance, so your leak call isn't waiting behind someone's 10-mile build. They clamp and repair leaks, replace failed sections, and dig up anomalies flagged by your integrity program.
We work steel, poly and composite, and we bring the hydrovac, welders and test equipment to finish the repair in one visit.

WHERE WE WORK
We mobilize from our yard at 6101 E I-20 in Midland, Texas, and work exclusively in the Permian Basin: the Midland Basin and both the Texas and New Mexico sides of the Delaware Basin. This basin is all we do, so our crews already know its caliche, its rock, its lease roads and its operators' standards.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can we call Encore when a line goes down?
Yes. Call (432) 685-7002. We keep a lead crew dedicated to repair and maintenance, so a leak call isn't waiting behind someone's 10-mile build.
What is an anomaly dig?
An excavation to expose a spot your integrity program has flagged, often from an inline inspection, so it can be inspected and repaired. We dig, expose, repair coating and restore the site.
Do you repair poly and composite as well as steel?
Yes. Steel, poly and composite repairs from one contractor, with our own hydrovac, welders and test equipment on site.
Repair, replace or insert: how do you decide?
Small failures get clamped or cut out and replaced. Repeated failures on a sound route may be better renewed by insertion. A bad route may need a reroute. We'll tell you which one fits the line.
Do you put the site back when the repair is done?
Yes. Testing and site restoration are part of the job.
