Safety

Our people go home safe every night.

That's not a slogan. It's the commitment we've held through millions of man-hours in the Permian. It's also what keeps us qualified to work for the operators who demand it.

Safety Philosophy

Operational discipline, not paperwork.

Safety isn't a binder on a shelf. It's how a crew walks a right-of-way before the first lift, how a foreman runs the morning meeting, how a JSA gets written for the actual job in front of us, not the one in a template. Done right, it shows up in behavior, not signatures.

Stopping work at Encore is expected, not punished. If something looks wrong, the right call is to stop and fix it. That's how a crew makes it through a 12-hour day and a 30-year career, and it's how a contractor stays on the AVL of the operators who hold the bar high.
