Gathering System & Flowline Construction
Field-wide networks that connect your wellheads to your infrastructure across gas, crude, and produced water, built to keep pace with your development schedule.
As pads come online, the gathering system is what turns scattered wellheads into a producing field. Encore builds the flowlines, headers, and gathering networks that tie it all together.
We handle multi-phase service (gas, crude, and produced water) across steel, poly, and composite, and we sequence the work to match your drilling and completion schedule so first production isn't waiting on pipe.

WHERE WE WORK
We mobilize from our yard at 6101 E I-20 in Midland, Texas, and work exclusively in the Permian Basin: the Midland Basin and both the Texas and New Mexico sides of the Delaware Basin. This basin is all we do, so our crews already know its caliche, its rock, its lease roads and its operators' standards.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the difference between a flowline and a gathering line?
A flowline usually runs from a single well to a header or battery. A gathering line collects production from several wells or facilities and carries it toward processing or takeaway. We build both, along with headers, manifolds and trunk lines.
Which products do you build gathering systems for?
Gas, crude and produced water, including multi-phase service, in steel, HDPE poly and composite.
How do you keep up with a drilling schedule?
We sequence the work to your drilling and completion plan, with 25+ field crews and 247 workers credentialed in EWN, so first production isn't waiting on pipe.
How much pipe does Encore lay?
More than 200 miles in the last 12 months.
Can you tie the system into our facilities?
Yes. Wellhead tie-ins, pad connections and facility tie-ins are part of the scope, and we build the batteries too.
Other work we self-perform
Building out a field?
Tell us what you need built. We'll sequence to your development plan and keep pipe ahead of first production.
